The AA01 Surgical Fine Tip Cautery from Bovie is a battery operated cautery for pinpoint hemostasis. The AA01 is a High-Temp (2,200 degrees F) cautery. This disposable cautery is lightweight, has consistent temperature and allows for mimimum trauma to surrounding tissue.
A locking safey cap prevents the cautery from being turned on accidentally. There are 10 sterile cauteries per box and they have a 4 year shelf life.
