The STAT KIT® 750 is an advanced emergency medical kit that includes non-IV and IV emergency drugs and resuscitation devices designed for office practices, radiology and outpatient imaging centers, and office-based surgical facilities. With a secure, durable mobile hard case, the 750 is designed to help medical professionals provide a range of support from basic life support (BLS) to advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).

Some of the items used and expired may be ordered directly from Merit Pharmaceutical.
Moreover, the Manufacturer of the Kit, Health First, will notify your office and bill your office for replacements or for used or expiring medications. This includes the costs of the medications, shipping, and the safe disposal of expired products. Shipments typically occur two to three times annually. The manufacturer uses a program called OnTraq: OnTraq, HealthFirst’s smart automation platform, simplifies oversight by automating supply tracking and reordering. Managing expiration dates and replenishing supplies can be time-consuming and pose compliance risks. To address this, the OnTraq Auto-Replenishment service tracks enrolled emergency medications and automatically replaces them just before expiration. This helps maximize shelf life, reduce costs, and ensure your facility is always prepared.
How Does Ontraq Work for Medication and Device Management?
The OnTraq web application monitors the expiration dates of all items in your crash cart and STAT KIT®.
As items near their expiration, the system automatically reorders replacements.
New supplies are shipped, and the updated expiration dates are recorded in the system.
You can access detailed information about each medication, including its name, NDC, and expiration date, through OnTraq at any time.
If any medication is on national backorder, the system flags it, and suitable substitutes or alternative medications are provided when available.
